Recipe: Blueberry Bircher Muesli

A nourishing, whole food breakfast that's easily prepared the night before, to enjoy as a quick meal before starting the day, or on the go. 


1 cup oats
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 ½ cups coconut milk
½ cup chopped nuts of your choice
2 tbsp shredded coconut
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp coconut sugar
2 tsp chia seeds


Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and leave in the fridge to soak overnight.

In the morning, your bircher muesli is ready to serve. Enjoy it as is or top with yoghurt, fruit, nuts or seeds.
