Amy Kirkham has been involved in Early Childhood Education since 1988. She is the 3 to 6 AMI Director of Training for the Australian Centre for Montessori Studies (ACMS) in Melbourne, offering both Diploma and Certificate AMI Montessori courses. She has also directed a Diploma course on the Sunshine Coast and Certificate courses in Adelaide and Perth. As a member of the 3 to 6 AMI Faculty of Trainers in China she has lectured on Diploma, Certificate, Administrators and Mentor training courses in different parts of China. Amy has been an Examiner for courses in Australia, New Zealand, China and Thailand. She serves on the Australian Montessori Quality Assurance Council and is actively involved in the provision of professional development as well as parent and community education. Amy also continues to enjoy working with children in the 3 to 6 environment when she is not working with adults.
Jennifer Zainuddin completed a Master of Education at the University of California-Los Angeles in Elementary Education with a focus on Social Justice and Urban Education. She taught at diverse public primary schools in Los Angeles, Minneapolis and Toronto before taking time off to raise her children. She discovered Montessori education when her oldest daughter, Azmina, was 1 year old, and she enrolled her in a Toddler Program at an AMI accredited centre in Minnesota.
Jennifer's parent-education continued as she learned about applying Montessori methods in the home and to her life in general. After moving to Melbourne with her family, she joined the Parent -Toddler group at Melbourne Montessori School with her daughter, Samira. In 2017 Jennifer completed the Association Montessori International 3-6 diploma course through the Australian Centre for Montessori Studies. Last year Jennifer worked at Kingston Heath Primary School as a Montessori Transitions teacher. She is currently teaching Cycle 1 at Melbourne Montessori School and her daughters are in the Cycle 2 (6-9) and Cycle 3 (9-12) programs.
Yasmin Chetty holds a Bachelor of Education, Arts and Masters of Special Education, Montessori London and Montessori AMI Training. Yasmin is a Teacher of Cycle 3 (9 to 12 years old) at Melbourne Montessori School.
